The Sharingan
The Sharingan loosely translates to copy wheel eye in english. It is a notable trait of the Uchiha clan, and probably the most powerful and diverse eyes in all of naruto.
It has the abilities to distinguish chakra in terms of seeing color, which is great for detecting enemies, helping teammates and detecting if a user is under a genjutsu.
It also grants an Uchiha or a someone lucky enough to aquire it elsewhere, the ability of extremely heightened perception. Including reading lips, movements and even mimicing enemies movements down to the smallest details imaginable.
Another power it has is the ability to copy nearly every single jutsu it lays its eye upon. The user can even then tailor that jutsu to better suit his own personality. The sharingan has also been known to use a powerful hypnosis known as genjutsu that can become powerful enough to control the nine tailed fox.
From the sharingan there are also further stages to its development such as the mangekyou sharingan, Izanagi and Izanami.
The Rinnegan
The Rinnegan is the sacred and often thought of as nearly a legend. It is the eye of the Sage of the Six Paths, who is the god of modern day ninjutsu.
The wielder of the rinnegan is said to have mastery over all six level of nature chakra. A feat unheard of from any normal ninja.
The Rinnegan also grants its user the ability to summon the demonic gedou statue of the outer path. As seen by pain the user is able to summon several different animal path creatures, as well as the king of hell.
The user can also summon various different weapons and armors that can be used at will to destroy enemies. Also the wielder is able to see from multiple points of view and is granted the ability to control life or death as seen when Nagato revived the village of the leaf.
The rinnegan has many more notable powers.
The Byakugan
The byakugan is the trademark ocular power of the hyuuga clan. It grants its wielder completely white eyes and bulging temple veins when activated.
The primary ability behind the byakugan is its near 360 degree field of vision, besides a very small blind spot near the back of the users neck.
The user of the byakugan is able to see through walls and objects and also able to see the chakra networks running through a persons body.
